White Bean and Asparagus Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed & cut into 1-inch pieces
5 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon spicy mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (19 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 (5 ounce) bag mixed salad greens
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Steam asparagus and dried tomatoes for 2-4 minutes. Plunge asparagus in cold water, drain.
2. In a bowl wisk together garlic and next 8 ingredients; add asparagus, tomatoes, beans and onion, toss to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve mixture over salad greens; sprinkle with cheese.
