Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a jar or tupperware container with a lid. Shake vigarously. Store in the refrigerator until ready to toss.
