Ingredients:
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup whipping cream
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; stir well. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form; stir into flour mixture until well blended.
2. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 10 to 12 times.
3. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
