Whipping Cream Biscuits

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2 cups self-rising flour
3/4-1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Using a pastry blender, cut 1/2 cup butter into flour until mixture is crumbly.
2. Add whipping cream, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist.
3. Place dough on a lightly floured surface, and knead 3 or 4 times.
4. Roll or pat dough to 3/4 inch thickness.
5. Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter; place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
7. Brush biscuits with melted butter.
8. Serve warm.
