This is a frothy wonderful treat to have in the evening when you don't want to go to bed with anything heavy in your stomach. I always feel so decadent drinking it and have to remind myself that it is actually healthy and has no fat or added sugar in it!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
4 -5 ice cubes (4 for regular cubes, 5 for smaller sizes)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Use the ice crush option to pulse until the ice is mostly blended.
3. Blend in a blender on the very highest speed for 5 minutes.
