I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from The Low Carb Baking And Dessert Cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
1 tablespoon sour cream (optional)
Directions:
1. Whip the heavy cream until it is quite firm but still soft.
2. Avoid overbeating.
3. Add the sugar and the sour cream (if using).
4. This will keep for a while in the fridge.
