Wheat Pancakes My Kids Will Eat

I was shocked and amazed that my kids actually like this version of wheat pancakes. Yah for healthy! I said 4 servings because it makes 4 large pancakes and we only eat one a piece.
Ingredients:
1/2 c. wheat flour
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
dash of sea salt
1 egg
3/4 c. skim milk
1 tbl olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Add egg, milk and oil and mix til blended.
3. Heat pan over med. heat.
4. Cook pancakes on each side until done (just about a minute or so)
