Wheat Cereal With Apple Butter and Almonds

Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons farina (not instant)
3 tablespoons apple butter
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, bring milk to a simmer. Whisk in wheat cereal. Reduce to low and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Top with apple butter, brown sugar and nuts before serving.
