Westbrae Natural's Mellow Miso Salad Dressing

Printed on the side carton of Westbrae Natural Organic Mellow White Miso. You can substitute agave, honey, etc. for the brown rice syrup if you prefer. Start with one tablespoon miso then add more, to taste.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup filtered water
1 -2 tablespoon white miso (reduced from 1/4 cup and can sub yellow miso)
1 1/2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
2 tablespoons brown rice syrup
1 tablespoon green onion, sliced thinly
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except the onions in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to a non-reactive container and stir in the green onions.
3. Best prepared at least 1 hour in advance of serving.
