West Bend Electric Skillet Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Combine potatoes with onion, salt and milk, simmer, covered, for 45 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Sprinkle cheese, pepper and crumbs over top. Continue cooking, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Reduce to warm for serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
