Low cals, and tasty, adjust chili to taste, sub beef for any other meat
Ingredients:
28 oz tomatoes, canned
1 tsp scotch bonnet pepper
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
5 g thyme
1 tbs bay leaf
100 g onions
2 cloves garlic
2 cups water
1 lb beef, stewed
10 g ginger root
3 knorr cube
Directions:
1. add tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic and pepper to blender
2. Puree
3. Add to large pot
4. cook on high add beef/meat
5. add seasonings
6. let cook on medium heat for 40mins
