This recipe was given to me years ago and everytime I gave it to someone they commented back to me that it was just like Wendy's chili only better. ENJOY
Ingredients:
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 29 oz can tomatoe sauce
1 29 oz can kidey beans with juice
1 29 oz can pinto beans with juice
1 cup chopped onion
1 can green chili's chopped
1/4 cup diced celery
3 large tomatoes chopped
2 teaspoons cumin powder
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
garlic powder to taste
1 tablespoon vinegar (when chili is done, just mix in)
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 hours or so
