Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs beef roast
12 ounces pepperoncini peppers
2/3 ounce italian salad dressing mix
15 ounces nonfat beef broth
Directions:
1. place roast in Crock pot mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
2. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
