This is a yummy, low fat recipe that's excellent on a warm day.
Ingredients:
2 ounce instant vanilla pudding, fat free, sugar free
8 ounce cool whip, fat free
32 ounce plain yogurt, fat free
20 ounce crushed pineapple, juice and all
Directions:
1. dump all the ingredients listed into a bowl
2. use mixer and mix them together
3. refrigerate for awhile, since it's better cold
4. dig in!
