Weight Watchers Potato Chips

Recipe came from a Weight Watchers cookbook. Counts 2 points per serving
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs baking potatoes, peeled and very thinly sliced
3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine potatoes and 1/4tsp salt in cold water to cover potatoes.
2. Let soak for 30 minutes and drain well.
3. Blot slices to dry.
4. Preheat oven to 350'
5. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam baking spray.
6. Arrange potato slices in a single layer and bake, turning potatoes occasionally so they don't stick and so they can brown evenly.
7. Bake 30-45 minutes or until crisp.
8. Sprinkle with remaining salt.
