Weight Watchers Hot and Sticky Spicy Prawns 1 Point Per Serving

found this page of a mag whilst sorting out my recipes and figures since its near xmas people could do with some low points seafood recipes. this was from a weight watchers magazine Irrestiable in feb 2007
Ingredients:
10 large raw peeled tiger shrimp
1 teaspoon harissa (paste)
2 teaspoons honey
watercress sprigs and lime wedge (to garnish)
Directions:
1. pat prawns dry with kitchen paper.
2. mix harrissa with the honey in a small bowl then add the prawns stir to coat, cover and marinate for 30minutes in the fridge (you keep in fridge up to an hour).
3. preheat grill to high, thread the prawns onto 2 short skewers (presoak if woodern to prevent burning), then grill for 5 minutes turning halfway through and drizzling with any leftover marinade.
4. remove from the skewers and serve prawns with some watercress and a lime wedge each.
