Ingredients:
2 (4 1/2 ounce) containers vanilla soy pudding
1 drop coconut extract
2 small bananas, diced
4 teaspoons dark chocolate shavings
Directions:
1. Combine the pudding and coconut extract in a small bowl. Gently stir in the bananas and chocolate.
2. Divide the mixture among 8 (2 oz) ice-pop molds. Cover and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.
