A friend at weight watchers gave this to me, best chili I've ever made! (When it says cup it means can, it wouldn't let me enter that. And the ranch is one packet of buttermilk ranch recipe dry mix. )
Ingredients:
2 cups stewed tomatoes
1 cup pinto beans
1 cup chili beans
1 cup black beans
1 cup green chilies
1 oz ranch dressing mix
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 lb ground turkey
1 ear corn
1 cup low fat chicken broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch basil
1 pinch garlic salt
1 pinch rosemary
1 pinch celery salt
Directions:
1. brown ground turkey in skillet and cut the onions and cut the corn off the cob. Drain black beans and pinto beans. Combine everything in the crock pot and let it stew! Its really good with sour cream and shredded cheese!
