Weight Watchers Bean Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 (15 ounce) can rotel
1 (48 ounce) can v8 vegetable juice
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (1 ounce) package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
Directions:
1. brownbeef and onion together then mix rest and simmer 20 minutes.
