Weight Watchers 2 Point Tostadas

Crunchy, crispy, delicious and at only 2 points each make for a very filling meal. Great accompanied with weight watchers summer squash soup.
Ingredients:
8 corn tortillas
16 ounces fat-free refried beans
2 cups chopped lettuce
1 diced tomato
8 tablespoons fat free sour cream
4 roasted green chilies or 4 your favorite salsa
1/4 cup diced onion
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Bake corn tortillas for approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side until they are slightly brown on each side. You want the tortillas to be crispy. Watch carefully so they don't burn.
3. Heat beans and spread 1/4 cup on each tortilla.
4. Spread 1 tablespoon of fat free sour cream over the beans.
5. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, green chile or salsa, and onions.
