From the book The kind Diet, haven't tried it yet, but putting here in case I figure out how to make it! It is written by Aliciaa Silverstone. She says to drink it every day on an empty stomach for 10 days, but DO NOT drink it every day after the initial 10 days
Ingredients:
1/2 cup carrot, grated into a pulp
1/2 cup daikon radish, grated into a pulp
1/4 umeboshi plum
1 -2 drop shoyu
1/4 sheet nori, ripped into small pieces (optional)
Directions:
1. bring the carrot,daikon, umeboshi plum and 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan. reduce heat , simmer about 3 minute
2. Add the shoyu and simmer for 2 to 3 min more. Add the nori if using. Drink hot.
