I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. It's a Hungry Girl recipe. 1 cup is a serving.
Ingredients:
5 cups light vanilla soymilk (8th continent or another light vanilla soymilk)
1 ounce jell-o sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (1 package)
6 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (6 packets)
1 teaspoon rum extract
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until mixed thoroughly.
2. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow it to thicken.
