Wegmans Pumpernickel Bread And Beef Dip

this is a dip that we use to make.. Wegman's now sells it already made with chemical additives! before that we had this recipe.. prep time does not account for the time to meld the flavors overnight..
Ingredients:
16 oz. sour cream
1 1/3 cups mayo
2 tbsp. dill weed
2 tbsp. minced dried onion
2 tbsp. parsley
2 1/2 oz. jar of dried beef - cut into small pieced
large round loaf pumpernickel bread
Directions:
1. mix in a bowl all ingredients except the pumpernickel bread.
2. let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
3. next day
4. cut the center out of the loaf of bread, forming a bowl..
5. leave 1 to 1 1/2 inches of bread around the sides and the bottom
6. cut a good size round hole in the top of the bread
7. take the bread that you scooped out and cut into 1 inch cubes
8. put the loaf of bread on a large plate
9. fill with the dip
10. either put the bread cubes around the outside of the plate or in a basket.
11. to eat: scoop some dip onto a bread cube and pop into your mouth!
