Wedge Salad with Sour Cream-Mustard Seed Dressing

Ingredients:
1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons whole-grain dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges
1/2 cup diced plum tomato (about 1 tomato)
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
2. Place 1 lettuce wedge on each of 4 plates. Drizzle with dressing. Top with tomato and pepper.
