Kick-Start the day with this flavorful breakfast containing juicy watermelon, grapes and one serving each of dairy and grains. Your kids will be fueled, engerized and ready to take on the day!!
Ingredients:
4 cups seedless watermelon balls
2 cups seedless grapes (whole or halved)
2 cups crumbled shredded wheat cereal
2 cups blueberry yogurt, divided
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, toss together watermelon balls, and grapes; set aside.
2. Divide shredded wheat among 4 cereal bowls.
3. Add 1 1/2 cups of the watermelon mixture to each bowl. Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt over watermelon and grapes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
