Ingredients:
21 ounces diced watermelon
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vodka
9 ounces sugar
Directions:
1. Puree melon in food processor until smooth.
2. add remaining ingredients and process 30 seconds.
3. refrigerate mixture until it reaches 40 degrees F.
4. pour chilled mixture into canister of icecream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
5. pour sorbet into freezer safe container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
