Dont worry too much of the actual weight of the melon; just use more or less yogurt to suit your liking.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg watermelon, peeled seeded and cubed
8 ice cubes
150 g plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Pass the watermelon through a juicer.
2. Place the ice cubes in a glass jug and mix with the yogurt; pour in the watermelon juice, mixing well. Pour into glasses and drink the smoothie immediately.
