Watermelon is useful in cases of urinary difficulties, canker sores, edema, and kidney/urination infections. Drink this fresh watermelon juice to relieve dizziness from sunstroke. Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon, chunks
1 piece fresh ginger, quarter size
2 cups chilled water
1 cup ice cube
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
Directions:
