A summer cooler that is wasy to make.
Ingredients:
4 cups seeded diced watermelon
1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 (12 ounce) bottle ginger ale
Directions:
1. Process first 3 ingredients in a blender until frothy.
2. Pour into a pitcher and stir in the ginger ale.
3. Serve over ice.
