This is a classic that has been around for a long time but one I never get tired of. I usually make it during the holidays and will be making this Sunday for Easter. Yummy.
Ingredients:
1 small box pistachio pudding
12 ounce container whipped topping
16 ounce can crushed pineapple
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 small jar maraschino cherries chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Mix whipped topping and pudding together and stir well.
2. Add pineapple juice with marshmallows, cherries and pecans and mix well.
3. Chill and serve.
