This spread is wonderful with vegtables, on crackers or on sandwiches.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cream
1 bunch watercress leaf
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1 small garlic clove, sliced
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until smooth.
