A healthier non-alcoholic version of a holiday favorite. From the American Diabetes Association Holiday Cookbook.
Ingredients:
4 cups unsweetened apple juice
3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick
3 whole cloves
4 lemon slices
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients (adjust number of lemon slice to taste) in a suitably sized saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Tastes best hot.
