Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
up to 1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2-1 tablespoon wasabi paste
sea salt
ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in a small pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook until the potatoes are tender and then drain.
2. Add sour cream, milk (add enough to make desired thickness), and wasabi paste to potatoes; mash well.
3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and keep warm until serving.
