Ingredients:
1 ounce fish cake (kamaboko)
1 teaspoon fresh wasabi, minced
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
9 ounces cooked rice
Directions:
1. Cut the fish cake into small dice. Combine with the wasabi, soy sauce, sake and salt.
2. Fold the fish mixture into the rice.
