Recipe started from book Blissful Detox. I didnt have all of the ingredients and I have made my own tweaks.
Ingredients:
4 1/4 cups steel cut oats
1 3/4 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup flax seed
1 cup sweetened coconut
1 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
2 cups dried dates, chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
blackberry
cherries
soymilk
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients and put in air tight container.
2. Serve with soy milk, topped with fresh fruit of your choice.
3. Soak muslei in the soy milk for 10-20 minutes before serving.
