Perfect for any occasion! This creamy dip is fillied with flavor and spice! Given to me by a friend - I did not create this recipe, I would like to thank to that person if I could. This recipe is a big hit! You can make ahead and refridgerate, I'm sure you could also adapt for crock pot.
Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese (soft)
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
3 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts (drain & chop)
1 cup pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
3 green onions (minced)
2 teaspoons jalapenos (seeded and minced)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 400°F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. Use mixer on medium speed until combined.
4. Spread into casserole or glass baking dish.
5. Bake for 20 min or until bubbling and lightly brown on top.
6. Serve with crackers, pita chips or french bread.
