Warm Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup sultana
1 green apple, sliced
1/2 red cabbage, sliced
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons raw sugar
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in pan over moderate heat.
2. Saute onion, sultanas, apple and cabbage.
3. Toss 3-4 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add sugar and vinegar, stir through.
6. Serve warm.
