  2. Heat oil in a large skillet and saute mushrooms until tender
  3. Combine all salad ingredients
  4. Add enough dressing to coat, tossing well
  5. Dressing
  6. Combine all ingredients in a jar, cover and shake vigorously
  7. Enjjoy!
