This came from Fitness magazine. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1/2-3/4 cup water
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup chopped pear
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 dash ground ginger
2 teaspoons honey
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil; add oats and pear. Reduce heat and cook oats according to package directions.
2. Top with flaxseeds, ginger and honey.
