Warm Feta Corn Salad

Wonderful dish, the warm corn and feta makes a crisp yet creamy mix.
Ingredients:
2 cans yellow corn (mexican spicy mix, or add diced cherry tomatoes)
1-2 cans white corn (or frozen bag of mixed)
1 block feta, diced
1/2 green onion diced
salt and pepper to taste (thyme, garlic, basil, and lime juice works good as well)
Directions:
1. Place the corn in a large corningware dish that will work in the oven or microwave. (can also pan fry, makes for crunchy feta)
2. Mix in the Feta and onion. (can use bell peppers also)
3. Season as wanted with salt and pepper (I add a pat of butter)
4. Microwave for 5 minutes if frozen. If baking put on 350 degrees F and bake till boiling or the feta begins to brown.
