Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  4. Drain potatoes and cut into cubes.
  5. Add the mayonnaise mixture and toss gently to coat.
  6. Serve immediately.
