Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) chopped walnuts
2 tablespoon(s) dried cranberries
1 teaspoon(s) fresh thyme chopped
8 ounce(s) round brie cheese
40 piece(s) whole wheat crackers
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Using a serrated knife, remove topmost rind from cheese and discard. Place cheese, cut side up in a small oven proof baking dish, sprinkle cranberries and thyme. Top evenly with nuts. Bake at 350 for 15 min until cheese is soft and warm. Serve with crackers.
