Warm Corn Relish And Chive Dip

This dip is very easy and quick to prepare and cook. It's always a hit at parties/bbqs or just a quiet night in. It's one of my fav's. And can be served with warm cripsy bread as an alternative to chips.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups full sour cream (using lite sour cream makes it too runny)
1 standard jar of corn relish
1 bunch of fresh chives, finely chopped
1/2 cup of tasty/cheddar cheese
1 french stick or corn chips (depending on what you want to serve it with)
Directions:
1. Add sour cream and corn relish in a saucepan and heat stirring constantly over low heat
2. Add the chives and continue to stir and heat over low
3. When warm add in the cheese and continue to heat over a low to medium heat for 3-5 minutes stirring constantly
4. Serve with Corn Chips/Tortilla Chips or Bread
5. If serving with Bread, slice the french stick horizontally and brush with olive oil, placing under the grill for 5 minutes or until crisp and serve immediatly with the dip.
