1. Spread prepared brownie batter in the bottom of a 9x12 inch pan and bake at 350 until halfway done. 2. Spread cherry pie filling over brownie layer. 3. Cut cold butter into cake mix until the size of small peas. 4. Top pie filling with the cake mixture and finish baking for 1 hour. 5. The top should be golden brown and the cake and filling should be set. 6. Serve with ice cream if you wish.
