Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened kefir
1 cup frozen unsweetened berries
1 tablespoon sugar-free jam
agave nectar
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. makes 1 large serving.
