Ingredients:
1 (6.2-ounce) package fast-cooking recipe long-grain and wild rice (such as uncle ben's)
2 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped green onions (about 1)
1 tablespoon light butter
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions, using chicken broth instead of water, and omitting fat.
2. Combine cooked rice, walnuts, green onions, and butter.
