Walnut Shortbread Bars

Here is a great shortbread bar. The walnuts make it extra special.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg, plus
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degree.
2. beat the butter and cream cheese till smooth.
3. Mix in the brown sugar, white sugar until well blended.
4. Add egg and the egg yolk.
5. mix well.
6. add vanilla.
7. Combine the dry ingredients together.
8. Add the dry into the creamed butter mixture.
9. stir in the finely chopped walnuts.
10. spread into a greased 15 x 10 jelly roll pan.
11. Bake 20 minutes or till light brown.
12. Cool.
13. You can drizzle a chocolate glaze on these or dust with powered sugar.
14. Cut into bars.
