Walnut Raisin Muffins

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole white wheat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease two six-muffin tins.
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the wet ingredients an another bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients with the nuts and raisins. Fill the tins. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
