Walnut Parmesan Brown Rice

Very healthy and delicious...can't beat it! Makes a tasty side or even a savoury breakfast treat~!
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice or barley-cooked
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts
a handful of chopped parsley
lots of freshly cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. While grains are still warm, add cheese and pepper and stir well, allowing cheese to meld with grains.
2. Add walnuts and parsley and stir gently, but well.
3. Done!~and delicious!
4. Serve warm or at room temp.
5. *Keeps in fridge for 3-4 days...Freezes well in single portions...
