Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degees
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add sugar to the beaten eggs and mix well.
  3. Add the oil, matzoh and combine well.
  4. Add the ground walnuts and extract.
  5. Pour mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pan coverd with Release aluminum foil or use a silicone pan.
  6. Sprinkle the top with whole walnuts.
  7. Cook for 35-40 minutes until done and well set.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled and serve!
